Air Purifier
How large of a room is your air purifier suitable for?
Our air purifiers are designed to be suitable for rooms of various sizes. The coverage area varies depending on the model, and specific details can be found in the product manual. Generally, our products are capable of covering spaces up to 100 square meters, making them ideal for a wide range of environments, including homes and offices.
Does the air purifier make noise while in use?
All of our air purifiers feature a low-noise design, ensuring they won’t disrupt your work or daily routine. In sleep mode, the noise level drops to as low as 24 decibels, and the indicator lights automatically turn off to help you enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
Are your air purifiers suitable for allergy sufferers?
Our air purifiers are ideal for allergy sufferers, especially with the H13 True HEPA filter, which effectively captures pollen, bacteria, smoke particles, and pet dander, helping to reduce allergy symptoms.
What should I do if my air purifier won't turn on?
If the air purifier does not turn on, please check the following.
1. The power adapter of the purifier is located inside the filter, so we do not recommend using other power adapters to prevent incompatibility with the electrical circuit.
2. Before use, remove the filter bag and make sure the filter cover is firmly attached.
3. Try plugging it into a different outlet to see if that improves the situation.

Why does my air purifier fan not seem to be spinning?
If the air purifier fan does not rotate or no air comes out, please check the following.
1. Has a foreign object fallen into the fan from the equipment's air outlet?
--Turn the unit upside down and shake it to check if there is a sound of a foreign object.
2. Unplug it from the outlet and plug it back in, then turn it on again. Run it with the filter removed and check if the problem can be improved.

Why is the air purifier making unusual noise when the fan is running?
If the air purifier makes unusual noise when turned on,please check the following.
1.Make sure the filter is properly in place with plastic packaging removed.
2.Make sure the air purifier is operating on a hard, flat, level surface.
3.Please replace the filter.
4.he air purifier may be damaged, or a foreign object maybe inside. Stop using the air purifier and do not try to repair the air purifier.

Why is my air purifier emitting a strange odor?
If the air purifier emits a strange odor,please check the following.
1.Please Clean the filter, or replace if necessary.
2.Make sure not to use your air purifier in an area with highhumidity or while diffusing essential oils.

When Should I Replace the Filter?
The Main Filter should be replaced every 9 months. However, the replacement schedule may vary depending on how frequently you use your air purifier. If you use your air purifier in a high-pollution environment, you may need to replace the filter more often, even if the Check Filter Indicator is off.
You may need to replace your filter if you notice any of the following:
1.The air purifier no longer effectively filters certain odors.
2.Increased noise when the air purifier is running.
3.Decreased airflow from the top of the air purifier.
4.Unusual odors.
5.The filter is visibly dusty or discolored after removing the pre-filter.
Note:To maintain the performance of your air purifier, always use official Levoit filters. To buy replacement filters, visit our website and search for air purifier replacement filter.Remember to reset the Check Filter Indicator after replacing the filter
How should I replace my filter?
Replacing the Filter:
1.Unplug the air purifier, then pull off the front cover to remove it.
2.Push the pre-filter's tabs downward and pull to remove the pre-filter.
3.Remove the old filter from the air purifier.
4.Clean out any remaining dust or hair inside the air purifier using a vacuum hose.
Note: Do not use water or liquids to clean the air purifier.
5.Remove the plastic packaging from the new filter and place the filter and pre-filter inside the air purifier6.Replace the front cover.
7.Plug in and turn on the air purifier. Reset the Check Filter Indicator
Vacuum Cleaners
What is the filtration system like in your vacuum cleaners?
The 5-stage filtration system effectively captures and retains particles as small as 0.3 microns, including pet hair, dust, debris, small stones, and other pollutants. It helps improve air quality, making it especially suitable for allergy sufferers.
What is the battery life like in your vacuum cleaners?
The LvAC-200's powerful battery offers up to 50minutes of runtime when used on Eco Mode with the crevice or pet tool.Actual runtime may vary based on power mode,battery conditions,floor type and/or attachments used.
Why has the suction power of my vacuum cleaner decreased?
If the suction power of the vacuum cleaner has decreased, please check the following:
1.Battery may be low.Recharge the battery to full charge
2.Clean the roller brush and remove any debris blocking the brush
3.The dust bin and filters may be full. Empty the dust bin and clean the filters
4.Check for blockage inside the vacuum body, vacuum head, and stick.Remove any blockage

Why is my vacuum cleaner making unusual noise?
If the vacuum cleaner is making unusual noise,please check the following:
1.Clean the roller brush and remove any debris blocking the brush
2.Check for blockage inside the vacuum body, vacuum head, and stick. Remove any blockage

What should I do if my vacuum won't turn on?
If the vacuum cleaner won't turn on, please check the following:
1.The battery is not installed correctly
2.Recharge the vacuum
3.The vacuum motor overheated. Empty the dust bin and check for blockage inside the vacuum head and stick.Remove any blockage and clean the filters.Allow the vacuum to cool for 1 hour before turning it back on.

Why is my vacuum cleaner releasing an unpleasant or unusual odor?
If the vacuum cleaner is releasing an unpleasant or unusual odor, please check the following:
1.The environment's relative humidity may be high or the vacuum may have absorbed water and caused the filter to grow mold. Replace the filters
2.The filters may be dirty. Please clean the filters.
3.The dust bin may be dirty. Please empty and clean the dust bin.

Humidifier
What is the difference between the smart humidifier and the non-smart humidifier?
Automatic Target Humidity Maintenance: The humidifier automatically adjusts misting. If the humidity drops below the target, it will increase mist output. If it's close to the target, it will reduce misting. If the humidity exceeds the target, it will stop misting until the humidity lowers.
Customizable Humidity: Set your desired humidity as the target level. It will automatically stop after the set target time to prevent over-humidification or energy wastage. Humidity range: 30%–80%.
Remembers Your Daily Routine: Set timers and schedules to fit your daily routine, allowing the humidifier to automatically turn on and off when needed.

What should I do if my humidifier is leaking water?
Please check if there is any limescale on the drain valve, and if there is, please clean it.
1.Check that the silica gel on the drain valve is not deformed.
2.Discard all the water at the bottom, then reinstall the water tank and check if that improves the situation.

What should I do if my humidifier is not producing mist?
If your humidifier isn't producing mist, try these solutions:
1.Check if there is enough water in the tank. If there is not enough water, refill it appropriately.
2.Discard all the water at the bottom and reinstall the water tank to see if that improves the situation.
3.Check to see if the water outlet valve is clogged and try pressing it a few more times.
4.If you have a water supply filter device, please reset the water supply filter and check if that improves the situation.

Why is my humidifier making an unusual noise?
If the humidifier is making an unusual noise,please check the following.
1.Make sure the water tank is properly in place.
2.Set mist level to a lower setting.
3.Empty the base chamber. Refill the water tank (not the base chamber) and place the water tank properly onto the base.
4.When using the warm mist function, the heating element may make a gurgling noise if the water level is low. Add more water to the water tank.
5.The humidifier may be malfunctioning. Stop using the humidlifier.

What should I do if my tower fan is making strange noises?
If your tower fan makes an abnormal noise while operating or in oscillation mode, please check the following:
1. Place the tower fan on a hard, flat and level surface and make sure the tower fan base and nuts are tightly fastened.
2. Set the fan speed to level 1 and check if the noise persists with the oscillation mode on and off.

Why is my tower fan not turning on or responding to the button controls?
If the tower fan is not turning on or responding to the button controls, please check the following:
1.Please plug in the tower fan or Plug the tower fan into a different outlet.
2.Check to see if the power cord is damaged. If so, stop usingthe towerfan and contact CustomerSupport (websupport.uk.levoit@levoit.com)
