Rules

1. Eligibility: UK subscribed users, including those who subscribed previously. Each email address is eligible for one spin only.

2. Prize Rules:

   • Coupon: Can not be combined with product promotion discounts, and must be used in an actual order to take effect. Coupons won from this lucky draw are only applicable to products listed before 2026 and cannot be used on new products launched in 2026 or later.
   • Products: Our customer service team will contact you within 3 business days to confirm your delivery information.

3. Additional Notes:

   • Prizes are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
   • Discount vouchers obtained by the same user in different activities can be used together, but only one voucher can be applied per order.
   • In cases of cheating (e.g., using fake emails, malicious registrations, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to cancel eligibility and prize claims.
   • All prizes and vouchers must be redeemed/used within their validity period. Unused prizes or vouchers after the activity ends will be void.
